  2. Pro-Rated Refunds: After the initial 30-day period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining months of your subscription. Refunds will be calculated from the date of the refund request.

  4. Setup Fees: Any setup or on-boarding fees are non-refundable.
  5. Custom Services: Fees for custom services or integrations are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
